Gift Wrap

We offer gift wrap ($5.50) for our items which is available during the checkout process. We gift wrap items in a white pillow box, tie with a ribbon, and include a Polkatots and Whatnots gift tag with a note from the gift giver as provided.

Returns

Monogrammed items are unique to that person. Please choose monogram fonts carefully and ask questions to ensure your order will be filled in the manner you choose. In the event the monogram or name appears poorly in the chosen font, we will contact the customer to make another selection. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed items unless there is a defect in the actual product. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if this is the case to arrange for merchandise return. We can not take returns on worn apparel or shoes or used merchandise. If you have unworn apparel/shoes, un-used merchandise, or a non-personalized item you would like to return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase and with the original receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Returns are issued in the same method as payment was originally made.

Local Pick-Up for Richmond, VA

Please note that you may request local pick up in Richmond, VA. Not all items are available for local pickup. If you should request an item that is not available for pickup, we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping. We will try to accomodate your request, but can not always guarantee local pick-up. Pick-up for Richmond is available in the West End near Gayton Crossing. We can not accomodate requests to meet outside of this area.

We will contact you shortly after you submit your order if we can't accomodate your request to make alternate arrangements.
